With Oblique, Tonalite wanted to
explore the field of three-dimensional
surfaces and geometric effects.
Oblique is presented in a 15x15 square
size with an oblique pyramidal surface;
this configuration lends itself to laying
patterns in which the geometry can
vary both due to the position of the
tiles in the scheme and to the rotation
that they assume in respect to the one
another. Light creates plays of light
and different shadows in relation to
how the oblique surface is arranged.
The colour range is very articulated
and to the classic white, grey and
black we added more modern nuances
such as dark green and aquamarine.
